Payment Methods
At ShopNow, we want checkout to be simple, safe, and flexible. We currently accept the following payment methods.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when the parcel arrives.
- Available for most locations in Pakistan.
- Make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
2. Credit / Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Your card is charged securely at checkout.
- All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.
3. Bank Transfer
Available for prepaid orders.
- Our team will share bank account details if you select this option.
- Send payment proof (screenshot or receipt) to our support team for faster verification.
4. Mobile Wallets
We support Easypaisa and JazzCash for prepaid orders.
- After sending payment, share the transaction screenshot with our team on WhatsApp.
- Orders are shipped after payment is verified.
Order Confirmation Process
To protect all customers from fake or unwanted orders, every order is confirmed before shipping.
- We call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours (business days) to confirm your order.
- Your order is dispatched only after successful confirmation.
- If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
For prepaid orders (card / wallet / bank transfer), please keep your phone number active so we can confirm quickly.
Cash on Delivery Terms
- Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.
- The courier is not required to open the parcel before payment.
- If a confirmed COD order is refused without a valid reason, future COD orders to that address or number may be blocked.
Currency
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (₨ / PKR). Any delivery or handling charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Security of Online Payments
- Card and wallet payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
- We do not store your full card details.
- For fraud prevention, we may request simple verification (for example: payment slip, or the last 4 digits of your card).
Failed or Rejected Payments
Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:
- The card payment is declined by the bank.
- The wallet transfer screenshot is not provided or is invalid.
- The phone number provided is unreachable.
- The order is flagged for fraud or abuse.
If this happens, our team will contact you and offer an alternative method (for example, Cash on Delivery if available in your area).
Refunds for Returned / Defective Items
If a return is approved under our Refund Policy (for damaged or defective items only):
- Card / wallet / bank transfer orders: refunds are sent back to the same method or via bank transfer.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are issued via bank transfer.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
